ControlAdjust isn't on sale yet. When sales open, the change-of-mind refund works like this. Email tim@surveymarkup.com.au within 30 days of purchase with the date and amount of the payment and I'll refund the full price you paid to the card you paid with. No reason needed. A refund ends the licence, and ControlAdjust stops on your PCs at their next check-in. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which aren't limited to 30 days.
ControlAdjust isn't on sale yet, and nothing on this site takes payment.
GST not charged. SurveyMarkup is run by Tim Albash (ABN 50 427 523 590), who is not registered for GST. I handle every refund request myself.
If you don't recognise a charge from SurveyMarkup, email tim@surveymarkup.com.au with the date and amount (no client files, please).
Nothing on this page excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a consumer guarantee applies to something you have paid for, your remedies under that law apply in addition to anything described on this page.
