Pilot ControlAdjust with me on a real job before sales open. I'm taking up to 5 firms in South-East Queensland. Pilot firms get a free ControlAdjust licence for 3 months: no card, no automatic charge and no obligation to buy.

  • What I ask: one session on one of your own control jobs, run on your PC so your files stay with you, and honest feedback.
  • After 3 months the pilot licence stops. If your firm then buys within 30 days (or within 30 days of sales opening, whichever is later), each licence is A$249 instead of A$495.
  • I don't take copies of your job files, and I won't name your firm or quote you without your written OK.

Refunds
Change of mind: full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are separate and aren't limited to 30 days
Support
Email me. I aim to reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, Brisbane time, excluding Queensland public holidays). Email support is included for 12 months, the same as updates.
GST
GST not charged. SurveyMarkup is run by Tim Albash (ABN 50 427 523 590), who is not registered for GST.

How buying will work once sales open

  2. 02Pay by card through Stripe, in Australian dollars.
  3. 03Download the setup ZIP from your account.
  4. 04Activate on PC 1 and PC 2.
  5. 05Free check-in automatic, at most once a day while online.
  6. 06Up to 44 days offline after a PC's last check-in.

One licence per account. Buying for several people? Each person needs their own account.
